Janus Connect Portal

a. Request a quote, select service, define source and target language, give instructions, upload files or copy and paste a source string into a blank text box (useful for software strings or short product descriptions)
b. Get notification via the portal to download quote c. Approve quote and register a new project
d. Automatically start a new translation project (API). The API would be branded within the overall Janus Connect name, rather than any automatic function.
e. Upload reference material (glossaries, terminology etc.)
f. Check details of ongoing translation projects
g. Get notified to download completed files

Janus Connect API

This should be part of the Connect Portal solution, giving our clients the option to have CMS integration via an API or plug in with providers such as WordPress or Magento CMS. API would be branded within the overall Janus Connect name, rather than any automatic function or anything the client can see.
Janus Express Same functionality as the portal but by selecting Express as the service option, it then gives you the following options.
Option for 4hr delivery (500 words or less)
Option for 8 hr delivery (500-1000 words)
Option for 24hrs delivery (2000 words)

Janus DashPort

a. Provide a dashboard of client analytical data from Janus
b. Per language invoiced spend v’s budget it's a percentage of budget spent
c. Overall spend MTDYTD etc it's total spending from the beginning of the MonthYear
d. Departmental spend
e. Janus Express project volumes
f. SLA’s – Proportions of projects delivered early, on time and delayed 3-piece pie chart would work for this
g. Project cost breakdowns Per language, per service such as DTP, Translation, QA, Testing, Multimedia etc
h. Projects at risk any project that are overdue from the stated deadline, or projects that are close to the deadline that we don’t have back from translation yet
i. Project Timelines For larger project we should have timelines, so 10 days for translation, 3 days for QA, 5 days for DTP etc (total timeline therefore 18 days)
Ideally all these reportscharts should display together on one page as a dashboard of information or analytics such, for example Google Analytics Dashboard. The clent would have the option to have these, but might only opt to have 4 options for example.
